PocVault ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our AI-powered creative application.
PocVault is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal identification information to use the App.
When you use our AI creation features, you may upload images from your device. These images are processed solely to generate AI-created content based on your instructions. We do not collect facial information. Any facial features present in uploaded images are used only for the purpose of AI content generation within the App and are not extracted, stored, or analyzed as biometric or facial recognition data.
Creation history, prompts, and generated results are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal identity or facial data to third parties for profiling or identification purposes.
Images you select are sent to cloud AI services only for the purpose of generating the creative content you request. The processing is temporary and tied to your specific creation task. We do not use your images to build facial databases or train recognition systems.
We do not collect facial information for any purpose beyond enabling the AI creation feature you explicitly initiate. Your uploaded content is not used for advertising targeting based on facial attributes.
PocVault stores your works, preferences, and app settings on your device using local storage mechanisms. This data remains under your control and can be deleted by removing works within the App or uninstalling the application.
The App uses third-party AI cloud services to process creation requests. When you initiate a generation, your prompt and any uploaded reference image are transmitted to these services for processing. These providers process data according to their own policies. We select providers that support secure transmission and do not retain your content for unrelated purposes.
We do not share facial information with third parties. Reference images are provided only as input for the specific AI task you request.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data during transmission. All network communication uses encrypted connections. Local files are stored in the App's private application directory, accessible only by PocVault on your device.
PocVault is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please uninstall the application and contact us through the App store listing.
You control what images you upload and what prompts you enter. You can delete individual works from your creation history at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
Because we do not collect facial information as a separate data category, there is no facial profile for you to request deletion of beyond removing your uploaded images and generated works.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
